Risks and disclosures
Written plainly, and kept current. If something on this page stops being true it gets changed here first.
Nothing here is audited yet
The curve and the settlement contracts are still being written. When they are audited, the report will be linked from this page with the auditor named. Until that link exists, assume it has not happened.
The exchange does not run yet
Snow Market has not matched a trade. Market rows on this site are sample data and are labelled wherever they appear. Commodity prices are the one thing that is real: live reads from Robinhood Chain.
A commodity fund is not the commodity
A tokenised fund tracks a commodity; it is not a claim on the metal or the barrel. It carries the fund's own structure, its fees, and the risk that the token on this chain trades away from the fund it tracks.
A ticker can be borrowed
Anyone can mint a token on this chain and name it after a commodity. That is why commodities here are pinned to contract addresses checked by hand. It also means you should check the address yourself before sending anything anywhere.
A curve can stall
A market that never fills its curve never graduates, and rewards never begin. There is no guarantee any particular market reaches that point, and no mechanism that rescues one that does not.
Nobody holds your keys, including us
Snow Market has no custody and no recovery. A signature you make is final and a wallet you lose is lost. That is the trade for nobody being able to freeze or seize what you hold.

Nothing on this site is financial advice, and nothing on it is a promise about the price of anything. Tokens can go to zero, and most of them do.
